The book describes the model of economy, which functions in the s-environment (called the S-economics) — heiress of the model of a normalized economy (NEc-model). The key changes introduced by the model cover the monetary system (emission is canceled), the banking system and the rules of permissible transactions. The decision to give a new name to the model (S-economics, S- prefix means that the methodological basis of the model is the theory of s-modeling) is driven by the radical nature of the changes suggested in the model.
